The hotel was overall clean based in a sleek style building with affable staff. Immaculately clean room available with soap, a balcony.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to all the events I had to attend. Also, the property was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a public plaza.

Marvellous location in alleys along the way, good for visiting Grand Rapids. Amicable staff on reception and elsewhere. A reasonably spacious room provided with a hair dryer, a balcony and soap.

The staff were PLEASANT and exceptional and the location was favourable close to everything. And it was also near to bars and restaurants, public areas, and the restaurant for over two hours.

The location was good and excellent, and we could reach First by walking. The room was spotlessly clean and huge and included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave oven.

The hotel was in a favourable location very close to the roof top restaurant and Van Andel Arena. There were a safe, TV set and a refrigerator in the rooms, which made them perfectly clean and huge.

had an exceptional stay here. overall clean, hip new hotel, i greatly enjoyed impeccably clean rooms and very helpful staff. its location within walking distance of ah-nab-awen park was good and stunning. i ate at the rooftop restaurant near the property.

We ate at a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The location was fantastic, within a close distance from Grand Rapids Children's Museum.
